The below guidelines are meant to serve as a quick guide to the fundamental commitments of the Affiliate under its agreement with GAN Partners. These sole guidelines do not constitute the agreement between GAN Partners and the Affiliate. The Terms and Conditions of the GAN Partners Affiliate Program (i.e. the Agreement) shall supersede any provision hereunder at all times.
This guide covers the advertising rules for all types of advertising such as (but not limited to) banners, text links, mailers, reviews, native ads and SMS send outs. These rules must be followed by all affiliates under the GAN Partners program. If breached, your GAN Partners account might be closed and depending on the severity of the breach, pending commissions may not be paid out. Any eventual fine from the regulators due to incorrect or bad behaviour from an affiliate might be partly or fully passed on to the affiliate.
All advertising of gambling products and services must be undertaken in a socially responsible manner, and comply with the advertising codes of practice issued by the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) and the Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice (BCAP).
